Leads in Telegram

You can receive new-lead notifications in any Telegram chat — personal or group. We use a single hosted bot, @ShivanLeadsBot, so you don't need to register a BotFather bot yourself.

How to connect

1. Open **Integrations → Telegram** in your dashboard.

2. Click **Create token**. We generate a one-time deep link.

3. Click **Open Telegram** to open a chat with @ShivanLeadsBot.

4. Press **Start** in Telegram. The page refreshes automatically and shows "Connected".

The token expires after one hour. If you missed it, generate a new one.

Connecting to a group chat

1. Add @ShivanLeadsBot to the group.

2. Send /start <token> in the chat, where <token> is the value from the deep link.

3. Done — leads will be delivered there.

What you get

The bot sends the same content as the email: name, contact, quiz answers, and a link to the lead in the dashboard.

Disconnecting

Open **Integrations → Telegram** and press **Revoke**. The bot stops posting immediately. You can attach a new chat by generating a new token.

Security

• The token is single-use and tied to your workspace.
• Telegram → us traffic is verified by a secret header — no spoofed updates.
• We do not read chat history; only /start <token> commands are processed.
